Don't throw out the baby with the bathwater. I also read all the wind from the sea? ctmmenos, and was surprised at the underlying / slightly hidden hostility directed at Ukrainians outside of Ukraine, those Diaspora types strange, don't you think? Anyway, as long as there is dialog we stand a chance to win.

Very nice CG. We arrived after dark and were greeted by a very guard at the entrance and an escort to our site. We were given a W/E site for tents that was VERY spacious and shaded. The shade would be very welcome in the summer but this time of year we were a little chilly. The CG was alittle damp after some rain but not muddy. Very near our site was a small snack bar with hot coffee, hot chocolate and ide cfream and other snacks. This was great beacuse since we were near the rear of the CG, we did not have to go all the way up to the camp store for some warm beverages. The camp store was average in size and inventory. But, the staff were very friendly and informative. Since we were there on the weekend of October 22nd, Trick or Treat was in order on saturday afternoon. It was very nice for the children and adults alike. Very organized and fun. There were several pavillions with activities during the afternoon, and...a plus...the pavillions were heated with upright propane heaters and a fireplace. All in all, a very nice experience, even during a cool rainy weekend.

Overall, a very nice CG. We were very pleased with the activities for the kids and the facilities are very clean. Location is just a few miles off I-70, so it is easy to get to. I recommend sites on Deer Trail for PUs.
