. So the Bare Buns Run is a trail race, about half of which is on gravel. I'll denitifely wear shoes! I'm with Stevie LOVE my Vibrams for the gym, but I'm so happy in Newtons I'm not eager to mess with it for road running. Allan I seem to remember you have a pair you bought an an Expo? Do you like them? Brandon's podcast got me into Newtons, and I can't imagine running in anything else. The triathalon I'm signing up for has a lake swim .just a few miles from my house. So I can go do some open water practice swims over there.

My husband and our two small children just returned from a weekend at Morris Meadows. Overall it was ok except for the wasp problem located at the playground. We notified the office immediately when my husband and children were swarmed at the swing set. Apparently the cicada killer wasps as they are called prefer sandy spots for their nests. We were told they never sting. After reading up on them I found out that if you leave them alone they are generally not aggressive. But small children playing in the area of their nest definitely riled them up. I mentioned the problem again when we checked out and was told to get over it. They can't exterminate because it's cancer causing. Seriously! What pesticide isn't. I was treated so rudely we will never return. They obviously don't care about the safety of their campers.

My family and I had the pleasure of camping at the Morris Meadow Campground with our new pop up camper. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the bathhouses and friendly staff. I would highly recommend campers to try this campground.

We chose Morris Meadows for our shakeout trip of the new (to us) popup. It's still run by the same family, the rest rooms were among the cleanest I've ever seen. The park was quiet (no yapping dogs), the office staff friendly and the prices in the camp store were very reasonable. It has the added benefit of a short trip for a weekend getaway. We will definitely be returning.

I grew up camping at Morris Meadows 20+ years ago, and decided to try it again this year with my daughter. I was not disappointed. It is one of the most beautiful CG around. Plenty for the kids to do, great for just relaxing. Family owned and operated forever. Restrooms were always clean. Sites are level and spacious. I will definitly be returning.

WE were going to go to this CG for our maiden voyage. After we visited we decided against it. The staff in the office were not friendly at all. They also indicated that our dog, a boxer, was not welcome because boxers are vicious. Anyone who knows dogs knows that Boxers are far from vicious. There are alos other breeds that they said are not welcome. We chose to spend our money elsewhere.

We chose Morris Meadows as our 'shake-down' trip for our new PU and we don't regret one bit. The staff was informative and nice. The campstore was in the main office and was small but well-stocked. The campground was clean and well kept. The sites were level (I didn't even have to level the PU) and shaded or open. The facilities were very clean and fairly up-to-date. They had mini-golf, a pool, bingo, a pond to fish in, a stream flowing on the edge of the CG and while we were there saturday night, they had a Hawaiian Luau by the pool. A little corny but a ton of fun. As a plus, the CG is close to Shrewqsbury, PA so we were close to a WalMart 24 Hr Supercenter. We needed some items we had forgotten and it was a short trip to get them. We are definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Staff was friendly and bathrooms very clean. A lot of long term campers. They have a fishing pond but it was dirty and we didn't even get a single bite! Very disappointed that they wouldn't let us bring our Shepherd/Lab mix who is very friendly.
