Only $5500 dollars! Warren County NJ area.
Want the floor space of a 28 foot bunkhouse trailer, but in a 25 foot package? With gas prices what they are today why not have it all, without having to tow it all. This trailer is just what you're looking for; light enough to be towed by most SUV's, or any half ton pickup truck, yet roomy enough for the family, the Coleman Caravan is the perfect compromise of size and functionality.
The Caravan is the original hard-sided hybrid trailer; once at the campsite you can expand not only the living space, with a traditional sofa slide, but also the master bedroom with a queen bed slide. The bedroom slide is not canvas, like most of the other hybrids, so the Caravan isn't like being in a big pop-up trailer. Instead, once expanded, it's just like any other trailer with all solid walls.
This camper has every feature imaginable; A/C, full size 6 CU ft. refrigerator, microwave, range with hood, oven, bathroom with shower, sofa, dinette, full length awning and even an outside cook top that attaches to the side of the trailer.
All new Duro tires and top-of-the-line Interstate Group 24 battery, purchased just last year. Everything in full working order. Covered every winter. Immaculate condition (you've probably heard that before, but in this case it's true -- just look at the pictures at the following link).

There is some water damage from the previous owner. Fleetwood, who makes the Coleman campers, issued a recall for some undersized exterior trim molding that the previous owner hadn't gotten fixed. When I bought the trailer I wasn't aware of the problem. As soon as I figured out what was happening I immediately caulked the entire exterior of the trailer; trim, molding, windows, doors and the roof. There's been no further leaks, but there is some discoloration on the front floor. That's why I'm selling it for approximately half of what the NADA Guides say it's worth.

As an extra bonus I'm also throwing in virtually all of my camper-related accessories for free! This includes an Equalizer weight distribution hitch ($500 new), electrical extension cords, water pressure regulators, toilet chemical, etc. This is especially important for the family just staring out, because there's much less to buy. All original documentation and manuals are included as well.
My kids have grown up and are no longer interested in camping, which is the only reason this trailer is for sale. If interested contact Jim Wilson at cmwmlw@yahoo.com. Serious inquires only please.
