Pleas don't vote. The date has been set by those that voted on or before December 22, 2003. September 24th weekend was the winner. You can make your reservations by calling 1-888-PA-PARKS Monday through Saturday 7am to 5pm. You can pay by credit card or mail a check.
The original thread for this trip got messed up when the board changed over, so I am starting a new one.
The big decision for the Hickory Run Trip is which weekend. I called the park and they have a lot of openings September 24th, October 1st and October 8th weekends. October 8th is Columbus Day weekend which would allow some people to camp for a third night. The leaves should be turning in early October. So vote for a weekend and we will set the date for this trip. :W
Here is a link for the park, and most of the group usually camps in the electric sites.

Hickory Run does have a few pet sites in the electric loop. Here is a link to the pet information. The electric sites that allow pets are 209, 211 and 216 (which can get wet/flood if it rains hard) and the non-electric sites are 279 through 297.
