rednekrubbrduckyour kid is not weird...just literal...they all are until they become older teenagers when they are capable of abstract thought...although i think girls are better at it then the boys are until the boys are even older....my son thought if you fried eggs in real hot grease, they turned into drugs. and why wouldn t fish have nipples??? until your son starts to learn biology...it would only make sense...my middle DD was holding her crotch in the store and i asked her what the heck she was doing...well she was holding it till she could get to the toilet, just like i told her to.

rednekrubbrduckWell, Duck, I was staying with an older friend whose 4 year old grandson was visiting. It was a very old, historic house and the ceilings of the downstairs also served as the floors for the 2nd story. One day Aunt Mary and I were in the downstairs family room and some water dribbled down on the floor in front of us. I was mystified, but she, being wise in the way of little boys, rushed up the stairs and caught little Roger peeing down through a knothole in the floor. (There was no bathroom on the second floor and Roger was too busy playing to go to the trouble to go downstairs.) I thought it was hysterically funny and doubled over laughing but alas, my friend was not at all amused[&:]

The truth is, little boys are from some other planet and we should enjoy them for the unique and creative creatures they are[:D]

(Ooops, my sig got warped, got to fix it.[:o])

rednekrubbrduckOk..I admit it. I use to do it..but I was a teenager...was at parties, had been drinking adult beverages, so it doesn t count (thank goodness they close those files at 18). He does have an inquisitive mind. Larry...don t feel like sticking my hands in the fish tank to catch one of them lil buggers...but the next time I catch one at the lake..I ll look and let ya know. What s scarey is his intelligence will show thru sometimes. We think he likes to act stupid" like not knowing how to do things, or be able to read much, and we think it s for attention, or in the hopes if he drives us to nuts..the egg donor will finally show up or call him. But sometimes he slips up and reads things that s a lil above his level, or does things that he claims he doesn t know how to do.

rednekrubbrduckI have been told that when I was a little shaver, I thought the little wicker chair without a seat was a toilet training chair.

The only problem was that the chair was still in the store.

rednekrubbrduckWhen we replaced our overgrown weed patch in the backyard with a real lawn, my husband was filthy, as was my almost 3 year old son. My son had to go tinkle, and there was no way I was letting him into the house as dirty and muddy as he was. So my husband stood him next to the newly smoothed and planted dirt, unzipped him and let him go. This followed an incident in the same week in which we had to make an emergency stop off the freeway in an industrial area for him to pee in the parking lot.

Flash forward to a few days later, when I open my front door to get my newspaper, and the porch is all wet! I ponder for a minute how a sudden rainstorm could just wet that portion of my porch, when I call my son over and ask him if he knows how it got wet. He said he liked peeing outside! We had to go over the rules of civilized living once again. Funniest part is, my neighbor across the street was retired and always sitting on his porch, usually watching the birds in my tree. He told me a few days later he had seen my son watering my porch and got the biggest laugh and couldn t wait for me to go outside! He had raised three boys himself and has known me since I was born, so he got a big kick out of it! [:D]

rednekrubbrduckI was at a bridal shower many years ago and the bride-to-be sister s house and all of a sudden her nephew decided that he had to go. The shower was held in the garage of a split level house with the garage door open. Well I had turned around and what did I see, this youngster peeing on the tree right behind me. The bride-to-be was mortified. I sure hope that I don t hear of my 2 boys doing that in front of other peope. I would just die! But I guess as the saying goes, " Boys will be boys"

But Dolphins are Mammals, and Dolphins are fish

So do Dolphins have nipples??

My neighbour has a Toyota Dolphin motorhome, and I ve helped him with the plumbing, and there were definitely nipples on the fittings we installed.

This from the mother of a 12 year old boy who frequently " goes" behind the pop-up when he s too lazy to walk to the bathroom. I gotta start bringing along that darn porta-potty!

Yeah! Right! And just wait until she finds " boys" (or more importantly, when they find HER!)! Have raised one and have two grandduaghters (My SIL is just starting to understand what I went through[:D]). I suggest baseball bats. I found Louisville Sluggers to the best.

rednekrubbrduckMy little monkey is only two, but he thinks it s a riot to pee on the carpet. Our neighbors kids used to pee outside all the time because they would see their dog do it. The best though, is the little boy at our church who kept pulling his pants down during the pastor s sermon (thankfully, he didn t pee...or worse!) Good thing our pastor has a great sense of humor![:D]

rednekrubbrduckDS and I were fishing together from the shore. He was about 6.

The inevitable, " Dad I have to go" was said. Since this was a fairly public area but there were some nice big trees around, I told him to go use a tree.

After he did his business, he came back to our fishing spot.

I asked him if he had flushed? He just looked at me and back at the tree. He then said " Dad, are you funnin me?"

You mean our sweet, innocent, angelic, precious little angel GD? Hopefully it will be her mom with the full hands. " Mommy" turned 22 today and were my hands ever full raising her. Katie is her mommy made over! Katie is trying to climb trees now so I expect to find her and Logan both up one someday on a trip!

Turn KeyThis is Holly and I have a story:

We have a friend who had little boys with friends upstairs in their carpeted bedroom and a trash can out in the middle of the floor, seeing who could pee the farthest.

Moral of the story: Don t have an upstairs area with little boys. Things happen.

Turn KeyDAUGHTERS!!??? HA!!!!!!!

would have rather had 4 boys then two girls...boy if you think girls are better, ya got a really big surprise coming!

when punkboy was about 2 1/2, we lived on a second apartment with a big porch and i had come around the corner one day from work and saw our big hairy outdoor wild cat looking around confused...well i reached down to pet him and he had a wet streak on his back then on my hand and i looked up and thru one of the narrow railing my son was actually aiming peeing and hitting his target....this explained why the cat was wet on several occasions

Turn KeyDaughters, hum.

Were living at the lake, while swimming DD said I need to go to the bathroom. Didn t want to get her in the habit of peeing in water (pool), so told her to go behind the tree.

Next time, has to go " go behind the tree honey" . After swimming got out near the tree " what is that smell" ?[8D] Learned to ask what needed to be done after that.[:)]

Turn Key" Nomal" is a state of mind. [:D] I have to admit..my DS has been dealing with not seeing the " egg donor" better then expected..but I know it s hard on him. He doesn t understand why his " mommie" doesn t call..or see him, but I think he s glad Lori is in his life. Long story short...back in Nov/beginning of december..the ex told me her new husband has been beating her, and showed me the bruises. I told her at that time Logan wasn t going down to see her anymore in that enviroment, and if she wants to see him..she has to come up here to her parents house to see him (her parents and I have been trying forever to get her to leave him..but she won t). This past weekend..she finally called, from an abused wife shelter, and said the idiot was in jail for beating her. Her parents, Lori, and I thought she finally wised up cause she said she was gonna move back up here with her parents. That was friday..sat..the shelter said she left friday evening to get a coke...and they hadn t seen her since, and the idiot was released from jail (made bail). She talked to her dad Mon, (finally) and told him she was coming back this weekend..but I m not holding my breath..she s said this before. Sorry..I guess this is a lil long, just needed to vent a little. My DS has seen the idiot hit his mom (and we think he might have been slapped, not sure..but police are looking into it down there), but he doesn t know about the latest events...he just knows he misses his mommie, but he loves his new mommie.

I caught my kid yesterday morning trying to pee in the bath tub. After some chastising...I told my DW about it and she said it s my own fault. He asked me once if he could pee in the shower, to which I replied " it s a man s perogitive" , besides..I was tired of him getting in and out of the shower to do it and getting the floor all wet. oops. She then told me that he asked a wierd question" do fish have nipples?" His way of thinking..dogs have nipples..so fish must. Sometimes I wonder what goes thru his head at times.
