FoxyladiesRoseann,
I have to agree with fivegonefishing, keyboards are relatively inexpensive anymore and are really hard to " fix" .

FoxyladiesFL: As said, don t try to fix; replace. You ll waste way too much time, most likely won t get it fixed and will probably damage it more. Not worth the grief.

FoxyladiesTry turning upside down and shake pretty hard. Here at work, a lot of people remove staples from paperwork and they fall in the keyboard. After that, replace.

FoxyladiesI just shooked the keyboard and its working alittle better. I m trying to type as many d s as I can to see if it works. ddddddddddd, not to bad. Its just alittle slower. I guess shaking it has helped it out. When I shook it, out came tiny piece of foil and some dust. This happen to the period key and it straighted out it self. Hopefully this will happen too. Thanks for the advice. How long do keyboard lasts?

Like most things, it depends a lot on how much it s used and how it s treated. My board here at home is almost two years old and still looks and works great. The one I use at work is 6 months old and is just about shot. Of course it s used 24/7 and I m about the only one that uses it daily. Other then me, it s a good guess who else may be banging away on it.
